Pioneer is readying an all-new Blu-ray player for launch this summer. The BDP-LX71 will be the third hi-def disc spinner offered by Pioneer, and looks likely to replace the BDP-LX70A.

As you'd expect from a bit of high-performance kit, it's got full 1080p output at 24 frames per second, plus support for both Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio, which it can output via HDMI or 7.1-channel analogue.
