Our cases are the original cases and NOT copies, these cases have the proper logos and are direct from Sony, Nintendo and Microsoft - yes they are not cheap but there is a licence fee to pay on these cases and if you want to replace your broken cases with exactly the same case as the game came in then you have found the right place!
There is an extremely large choice when it comes to storage of your games now, there are many different variations on the standard dvd case and many of the games cases for Playstation and Xbox have been copied - these are obviously much cheaper that the originals on this page and we do sell the copies at around a third of the price of the original - but you get what you pay for as the copied cases are lighter and a slightly different colour but many of our customers are very happy with them. Damaged deliveries - PLASTICS - Please read this honest and essential bit of advice.
As we ship very large numbers of plastic and polypropylene dvd cases it is unfortunately inevitable that rarely however well we package these types of products there may be some damaged by couriers or the post office. If you notice ANY damage to a box or parcel you receive from us it is prudent for you to sign for it as damaged as this allows a claim to be entered against the courier or post office. Where a box is signed for as damaged it is company policy not to dispatch replacement plastic items but to process a refund onto your credit or debit card to the value of the damaged items (you will be asked to email a digital photograph of the damaged items)- we reserve the right to ask you to send the entire consignment or just the damaged items back to us - however we would rather not involve you having expense in sending items back, as you can hopefully appreciate it is totally uneconomic to send out 5 or 10 replacement cases from an order of say 100 - every case is treated on its own merits. It is recommend you order slightly more cases than your job requires and not the exact number where the job is crucial, remeber plastics are fragile and couriers are heavy handed - we gaurantee to pack our items EXTREMELY well to protect them.
