In order to produce your custom plastic cases we work closely with our partner factories in China enabling us to keep the cost of manufacture as low as possible. All materials used can be easily recycled and we can even install recycling facility bins within your fulfillment warehouse if required as part of the contract (something which we do for some of the largest companies in the UK and Europe). The basic process works from your initial case design - this will be worked on at our factory to produce a mould drawing, once you approve this drawing the moulds can be produced for your custom dvd case or document case. The speed of production depends on the number of moulds you purchase at this initial stage, you retain the exclusive rights to the use of the moulds and we would not sell production from your moulds to any other client. If your requirements are urgent then sometimes several moulds are required - each mould producing between 4 and 8 thousand pieces of your case per day. Once production has completed your order will be palletised and shipped in a container to the UK - the only possible final delay is that sometimes UK customs choose to inspect shipments at random and this can add up to 7 days for clearance.

Our plastic injection mould building workshop was founded in 1999, initially to serve the increasing demand for new CD and DVD case injection moulding & regular moulds maintenace from our own injection factory. With its rapid development, the moulding sector began to handle plastic mould design & making orders from neighbouring factories and a high demand from Europe. From 2000, our injection moulding factory sales has seen a dramatic increase and become a separate profit sector which operates independently from the plastic injection work-shop, which is specialises in producing CD Jewel case and plastic DVD case. Since 2001, we have been designing, making and exporting plastic moulds to overseas markets.

Moulding Production Equipment:
The moulding workshop has been equipped with CNC (from 850mm to 2000mm),EDM (from 320mm to 1300mm), wire cutting, mould-design numerical controlled lathe, milling machine, large-size drilling machine, all kinds of water grinding machine for mould design and making. We also have imported Deep Hole Drills, three superior thimble holes & cooling water and Injection machines (from 70 ton to 2500 ton) for testing moulds in injection process.

Damaged deliveries - PLASTICS - Please read this honest and essential bit of advice.
As we ship very large numbers of plastic and polypropylene DVD case product and it is unfortunately inevitable that rarely however well we package these types of products there may be some damaged by couriers or the post office. If you notice ANY damage to a box or parcel you receive from us it is prudent for you to sign for it as damaged as this allows a claim to be entered against the courier or post office. Where a box is signed for as damaged it is company policy not to dispatch replacement plastic items but to process a refund onto your credit or debit card to the value of the damaged items (you will be asked to email a digital photograph of the damaged items)- we reserve the right to ask you to send the entire consignment or just the damaged items back to us - however we would rather not involve you having expense in sending items back, as you can hopefully appreciate it is totally uneconomic to send out 5 or 10 replacement cases from an order of say 100 - every case is treated on its own merits. It is recommended you order slightly more cases than your job requires and not the exact number where the job is crucial, remeber plastics are fragile and couriers are heavy handed - we gaurantee to pack our items EXTREMELY well to protect them.
